The central power core was the main power core that supplied energy to the prison world of Belsavis. Designed by the ancient Rakata of the Infinite Empire, the core was powered by hyperspace and was almost detonated by the death cult of Executor Krannus in the service of the Sith Emperor before the Hero of Tython disabled the explosives.
