A contamination pod, also called a contamination cell was a type of cell made with transparisteel. Multiple contamination pods were located on the Elite-class vessel Innovator. In 228 BBY, after a mission to the planet Palagosal, members of the Republic Defense Coalition and Jedi Order restrained the Nihil Haze Delik and two Force-consuming Nameless creatures in the Innovator contamination pods.
