While on a mission to Ronaphaven in 228 BBY, Jedi Knights Bell Zettifar and Burryaga Agaburry listened to a local governor on the world fervently insist that his planet's high-quality kelivan roots could be processed into both standard cord fibers and stronger variants coveted by Corellians to secure cargo on cruisers.
