The Cyberlegs Mod III were a model of cybernetic legs designed to replace legs lost in an accident, but also provided greater speed than most organic legs. The Mod III was made by BioTech Industries, who were the leading manufacturer in cybernetic body parts, and cost 10,000 credits as a pair, not being available singularly. The limbs were available in the period following the Battle of Yavin during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
