Dental mop

A dental mop was a cooking utensil recommended to be used in the cooking of the creature Smapp. The recipe called for six quarts of viscous butter to be sculpted and then mixed with twelve tubes of Herbs de Lunar Eclipse, all of which was then spread over the creature's body via the dental mop prior to putting it in the oven.
