The DH-17c short carbine was a model of blaster carbine produced by BlasTech Industries. Blurring the line between carbine and pistol, its main selling points included its small size and range of firing modes. During the Galactic Civil War some army engineering units within the Alliance to Restore the Republic adopted the DH-17c as their official weapon.
