DL-19C blaster pistol

The DL-19C blaster pistol was a model of blaster pistol manufactured by BlasTech Industries. Equipped with a stun setting, it cost 450 credits. Unlike its predecessor, the extremely popular and successful DL-18 blaster pistol, the DL-19C was designed as a specialized and highly adjustable weapon aimed at a much more niche market. The design team chose to elevate customizability above all else, including the power, accuracy, durability, and capacity that most weapon engineers strove for.

The weapon was designed for weapon hobbyists, perfectionists and other individuals who were interested in being able to adjust every aspect of a weapon to their personal tastes. Adjustable aspects included the sensitivity of the trigger, the energy outflow from charge pack, and the shape of the barrel. Produced in limited numbers, discerning fire-arm enthusiasts often used ownership of a DL-19Cs as a signal to recognize others of their ilk.
