Droid commando personal shield
Canon Legends version → Linked from 8 articles
This personal energy shield was used by BX-series droid commandos. A number of commandos stationed at the Citadel used the energy shield model. One grouping of BX units deployed as a strike team at one point included several units equipped with the energy shield model. It was resistant to blaster fire, and weapons could pass through the shield, allowing the user to fire their blaster from relative safety.
