By 3643 BBY, a reconstituted Sith Empire survey team discovered an ancient Sith oubliette on the planet Dromund Fels.
Around that year, an individual associated with the Empire sent a companion of theirs to explore the Sith artifact's catacombs. Avoiding traps, the companion discovered the preserved body of a prisoner in a treasure-filled room within the Sith oubliette.
