The E-9 blaster was a small blaster pistol produced as early as 3653 BBY, the final year of the Great Galactic War. The pistol was used in that time period by the smuggler Zeerid Korr, who worked for the criminal organization the Exchange. The E-9 was still in use during the early years of the Galactic Empire nearly four millennia later.
