The electromagnetic duster was a cleaning tool created from the template of the Vibro-mop, a type of mop invented in 3666 BBY. The electromagnetic duster, along with the ion-charged dishrag, were considered a part of a new and exciting array of cleaning apparatus derived from the Vibro-mop.
