The emergency hull demolition sequencer was a feature of the starship Onyx Cinder. Around 9 ABY, when the droid SM-33 was teaching the younglings Fern, KB, Neel, and Wim how to fly the ship, Wim reached for a covered button which activated the sequence but SM-33 stopped him from pressing it and told him never to touch it. It would regardless be activated during their escape from Lanupa, shedding the outer hull of the Onyx Cinder, including its foremost engines, into a sleeker design.
