A factory droid, colloquially known as a factory drone, was a common classification of labor droid that operated in industrial facilities. Many of these droids operated in Mos Eisley on Tatooine. Mazzoney used a factory droid permanently mounted at the entrance of his cantina, Mazzoney's on the planet Demophon, to collect the cover charge for entry.
