Field projector

A field projector was a piece of technology used in shield generators on board starships. In 132 BBY, the meknek Fillik discovered that the emitter duct was not connected to the field projector when carrying out repairs on the shield generators of the Fallon, a Trade Federation WD-2550 Whydah-class yield conveyer. The meknek Verosha Aniseya then used the PIP droid Pip to begin welding on the ships exterior, but this led to a spike in the pressure gauge and caused a small explosion nearby on the ship's exterior. A stabilizing field projector was also equipped to Sheathipede-class transport shuttles, personal transport shuttles that were also employed by the Trade Federation.
