The Flare Jacket was originally created by a luxury clothing manufacturer to enable flashy entrances, but its potential for tactical use led organizations to commission Ayelixe/Krongbing Textiles to produce a more powerful version. This enhanced jacket concealed small charges in its seams that, when triggered, emitted a blinding and stunning flash of light. The burst gave the wearer a few seconds to escape, though the internal power source required several minutes to recharge between uses.
