Hintaro grappling hook

A hintaro grappling hook was a type of grappling hook that consisted of a small leather wrapped box that houses a wire roll, a wire, and the metal hook. This mechanism allows a user to easily throw the hook quickly retract it as well suspend themselves in place when climbing vertically. The hook's grip was wrapping in burlap giving the user extra friction while throwing it. This type of grappling hook shared it's name with Hintaro, a dice game played in the Canto Casino on the Outer Rim planet Cantonica. By 3 ABY, the thief Kay Vess carried a hintaro grappling hook with her on Cantonica.
