A hydropick was a type of pick. In 382 BBY, the Way of Clarity, pretending to be an official Republic communications team fixing a communications buoy, asked the Brightbird if they could borrow a hydropick. In reality, the shuttle was affiliated to the Path of the Open Hand and, after gaining access to the minicruiser, they held Dass Leffbruk hostage and attempted to take Jedi Padawan Rooper Nitani to The Mother.
