The Icy Sith was a costume owned by the human Hunter Rieve that she could don for the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition on Vespaara as an alternative to her standard costume. This armor incorporated elements from Imperial Flametrooper armor, as well as what appeared to be simulated ice.
