The LC-50 laser cannon was a model of laser cannon that could be equipped to starships. In 3 ABY, the Trailblazer, an EML-850 light freighter, was equipped with a LC-50 laser cannon when the thief Kay Vess stole it from the Imperial Security Bureau Director Sliro Barsha's Westhill Palace in the city of Canto Bight on the planet Cantonica.
Vess eventually upgraded the Trailblazer and replaced its LC-50 with a LC-60 laser cannon and then a LC-70 laser cannon, providing increased rate of fire.
