The M1SR-F plasma grenade was a type of plasma grenade. In 3642 BBY, during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire, the latter's military made use of the grenade on the planet Taris against the Valhoun's Vultures, a group of elite Republic snipers. The grenade was used to flush out enemy combatants from hardpoints and foxholes on the battlefield.
