The Locris Syndicated Securities MCI-200 magnaharness was a restraining device that used the micro magnetic field technology of the magnacuffs, but to a greater extent: It tied up a person's neck and trunk, preventing the prey from escaping. The MCI-200 was used by bounty hunters such as Tyrn Jiton. It could be bought through the illegal Gundark's Gear Datalog, where Lloco posted about its imperfections.
