MED-47

The MED-47 was a model of medical droid used by the Trade Federation. Many of their qualities were incorporated into the later ADK-25-MED medical droids. The droids often replied to their commander with "sedatives are not an option", "torture, or repair?", as well as "you organics are so fragile," indicating their enjoyment of painful operations.

During the Clone Wars, MED-47s served alongside their ADK-25-MED counterparts, especially in scenarios the Trade Federation focused in. Years after the war, the Galactic Empire used their shells for suicidal explosive droids-ironic, considering their original purpose as healers.
