A micro-circuit welder was a type of welding tool that consisted of a brown base with a bronze-colored stand mounted on it that ended in a stylus rest with a stylus attached to it with a curled wire. Beside the stand, a green and orange disc-shaped energizer and stylus cleaner was mounted on the base. In 32 BBY, the enslaved human Shmi Skywalker had a micro-circuit welder on the workstation in her home in Slave Quarters Row in the city of Mos Espa on the planet Tatooine when her son Anakin Skywalker said his farewells to her before leaving Tatooine.
