P-14 Hazardous Industry Suit

The P-14 Hazardous Industry Suit was a reinforced hazardous industry suit manufactured by SoroSuub Corporation. The SoroSuub P-14 provided excellent protection against heat, radiation, fumes, and similar dangers of working with poorly maintained or damaged machinery as well as limited protection against blaster bolts. As a hazardous industry suit, the P-14 created an environmental seal when worn with its helmet that lasted for eight hours, protecting against hostile atmospheres, deadly radiation, and even direct exposure to the void. It was also covered in a chemical coating to protect against burns and shocks.

Extremely bulky, the P-14 provided little more than the range of motion needed to wield a hydrospanner. During the Galactic Civil War, it sold for 1,000 credits.
