A pit droid air gun was a device that shot compressed air to drill holes and clear blockages. It required two DUM-series pit droids to lift it. The air gun could be used as a weapon.
In 32 BBY, during the preparations for the Boonta Eve Classic, an Otoga-222 maintenance droid used a pit droid air gun on Gasgano's custom Ord Pedrovia Podracer.
