The Pocket Tech was a model of emergency repair patch produced by the SoroSuub Corporation and available in the period following the Battle of Yavin during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Consisting of a small semi-flexible disc of durasteel with auto-activating thermal welds along the edges, the patch could be used in emergencies to seal small holes in objects, droids or vehicles. Each Pocket Tech cost 25 credits.
