Saucer Droids were droids used in the detention levels of the first Death Star. The dome-shaped droids moved back and forth across the floor and featured red and green lights. A small sensor could be seen on the top as they moved. When the droids stopped a top hatch opened to allow more sensors and lights to raise up.
