Smart sensor optics were a type of specialized scope that utilized advanced sensors to automatically adjust for windage, distance, and movement of target. These scopes made the marksman exceptionally accurate.
Smart sensor optics were used on modified Karpaki Fifty by the Galactic Alliance Guard in 40 ABY, with one such being used by Ben Skywalker to assassinate Dur Gejjen.
