A sound emitter was a piece of sonic technology. They were used to discharge bursts from sonic weapons such as Pacnorval Defense Systems, Limited's Sd-77 sonic pistol and Sg-82 sonic rifle. The sound emitter, in conjunction with weapon's sonic projector controlled the precise width of the sonic cone. The Ovoni employed sonic emitters that they could use to summon creatures.
