Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.

The Star Forge Robes were special Jedi robes that were made in an ancient massive automated Rakatan shipyard, the Star Forge. These robes were long, colored sand-brown, and only its chest plate, gloves, and boots broke the ascetic simplicity. Nonetheless, it benefited a Force-sensitive wearer by increasing their abilities. Despite the fact that the Star Forge was a powerful tool of the dark side of the Force, only one immersed in the light side was able to wear the robes. In 3956 BBY, during the final battle of the Jedi Civil War, the Jedi Revan defeated Sith Lord Darth Malak and the Star Forge was destroyed, setting an end to the production of the robes.
