The Tactical Tractor Beam was a tractor beam created by Sienar Fleet Systems for the Galactic Empire, being an optional component on the TIE/rp Reaper attack lander. The tractor beam drastically slowed Starfighters caught in it, but wasn't powerful enough to be effective against capital ships.
