Tauntaun horn

Tauntaun horn were horns from Tauntauns, reptomammals native to the planet Hoth. While Tauntauns were often able to outrun predators and could use their horns for combat if necessary. The horns were sometimes carried by beings to bring comfort when lost in the cold.

By 3 ABY, an individual named Saku had stashed a Tauntaun horn in a container behind a locked gate near the Ashiga Clan District of Kijimi City on the Mid Rim planet Kijimi By the year, a group of thieves had begun to plan to steal valuables behind the same locked gate and had received a message containing the passcode to the gate — a copy of which was stored on a datapad which was later left along the Queen's Road in Kijimi City.

In 3 ABY, the thief Kay Vess found the datapad, learn the passcode, and later used it to open the gate and steal the horn.
