Tooka paw

A tooka paw was a type of charm made from the paw of a tooka-cat that was believed to give the wielder feline dexterity.

By 3 ABY, a tooka paw charm had been stolen by Aglis flyers, winged creatures native to the moon Toshara, and brought to their nest on Typhon's Rock in the Lost Steppe region of Toshara. By the same year, a Tosharan explorer was aware of the creature's habit of stealing shiny objects and had traveled to Typhon's Rock to retrieve the stolen trinkets. They however failed to make it to the stash and almost broke their neck in the process.

In 3 ABY, the explorer talked with the scoundrel Kay Vess in the town Jaunta's Hope on Toshara. During the conversation, the Tosharan mentioned their failed attempt to retrieve the flyer's stash and Vess expressed interest in trying to retrieve the stash herself. Vess later traveled to Typhon's Rock and retrieved the stolen tooka paw charm from a flyer nest.
