Trans-binary deflectors, or trans binary deflectors, were devices used to protect lifeforms from cosmic radiation. In 34 ABY, when the supertanker fuel depot Colossus trans-binary deflector was in danger of failing, crewmembers Kazuda Xiono, Neeku Vozo, and CB-23 infiltrated the First Order supertanker fuel depot Titan to steal a deflector from there. The trio located their target in the space station's Engineering section and was able to steal a trans-binary deflector and get away with it.
