Unidentified datapad model

A brown narrow datapad model was used on the planet Lothal during the New Republic Era. The datapad had a silver plate and multiple buttons at it's top half and a black screen for readouts at the lower half. In 9 ABY, the model was used by Sabine Wren in the Lothal Hospital to access the memory banks of a HK-87 assassin droid which had attacked her earlier.
