A floating pond was a type of conveyance that, by the time of the Galactic Civil War, had come into common use by members of the aquatic Iyra species when traveling on land. The vehicle consisted of a pool of water mounted on a repulsorsled. The rider submerged themselves in the liquid and relied upon the sled's repulsorlift for mobility.
