Ardle was a male Human who served as a captain and TIE fighter pilot for the Thyferran Home Defense Corps. Ardle and his squadron fought against former members of the New Republic starfighter unit Rogue Squadron at the Graveyard.
After their capital ship the Corrupter, a Victory-class Star Destroyer, was destroyed, Ardle and the remaining TIE's surrendered to Wedge Antilles, the leader of the former Rogues.
