B'inka Fibuna was a Twi'lek female who, with the help of the Freedom Convoy, escaped from her enslavement from Ka'Pa the Hutt. After the escape in 32 BBY, she hid on the planet Coruscant, where bounty hunter Jango Fett turned her over to the authorities during his pursuit of the drug dealer Jervis Gloom.
