Blevins was a captain of the Galactic Empire who was part of Tempest Force. He fought and died during the battle on the moon Endor against the Rebel Alliance in 4 ABY. After the battle's conclusion, Blevins's colleague Sinjir Rath Velus found the captain's bloody-faced body among many other corpses in the moon's woods. As Velus had considered Blevins a bully and a braggart who had truly believed in the Empire's ideals, Velus was glad to see the captain among the fallen.
