Brin Izisca was a male pastor and philanthropist, as well as a leading member of the Church of the Force. He sent five pilgrims to the planet Christophsis to return a crate of kyber crystals back to where they belonged. After twelve arduous days, the pilgrims finally reached a broken crystal wall where they returned the excavated crystals to their home. Only Addar survived that quest.
