C'ar L'andara was a Twi'lek female dancer for Moff Julstan during the Imperial Era before she escaped his palace located in the Arkanis sector around 2 ABY. The Locan enslaver Talas Piran captured her shortly after, but instead of returning her, she became a leader of the Mytaranor sector-based Mytaranor Slaving Council. By 2 ABY, information on L'andara and the council was included on a SecuriDex datafile produced by the Task Force for Alliance Security.
