The daughter of the civilian Corwin Ballast and his wife, Lynnta, resided in the city of Maborn on the Outer Rim world Mordal during the Galactic Civil War. In 4 ABY, she became immobilized during a firefight between rebels and Imperial forces in Maborn, and their parents' rescue efforts proved unsuccessful. After Lynnta and his daughter's deaths, a grieving Ballast traveled to the Inner Rim planet Jakku with a picture of his family in his boot to remember them.
