Darth Betrius

Darth Betrius was a Sith Lord and Sith alchemist who lived in an ancient time before the era of the Galactic Empire under Darth Sidious and Darth Vader. Scrolls that belonged to Darth Betrius, Dathka Graush, and Naga Sadow were collected at Fortress Vader on the volcanic planet Mustafar during the Galactic Civil War against the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Some time between 1 BBY and 4 ABY, Vader's aide Vaneé used their works to further develop a procedure by Imperial scientist Dr. Harper, which involved implanting parts of a droid brain into an organic being to force them into becoming an obedient spy for the Empire.
