Delwin was a Weequay who was an Elder in the Path of the Open Hand in 382 BBY. When Morton San Tekka, the mediator for the Eiram–E'ronoh peace treaty was killed, the Path put forward Delwin as a replacement mediator, but was rejected. During the Battle of Jedha, Delwin preached the ideas of the Path and was killed by a blaster shot.
