Detral

Sergeant Detral was an individual who served within the Nihil marauder organization during the High Republic Era. Around 230 BBY, Detral led his squad, which consisted of the member Herwint Tiks, on a mission somewhere in the galaxy. However, the mission was at risk due to faulty managing of the squad by Detral, who was emotional during the time of the operation. Sergeant Detral was killed as a result of his actions, which led the remainder of the group to successfully complete the mission without him, albeit the cost for life of all but Tiks in the squad and a subsequent uprising following the mission.

Later on, Tiks met with General Abediah Viess of the Nihil, who requested his presence to converse about his recent mission. When asked if Tiks was the commanding officer for the squad, Tiks declined and mentioned Detral, describing the actions of the late sergeant that placed the squad in danger. Tiks continued to talk about Detral's demise during the mission and the triumph that occurred following his death. Viess, who comprehended what Tiks explained, then asked for Tiks to join her band of mercenaries for the Nihil after the uprising would be crushed by the organization, with Tiks agreeing to the offer.
