Dona was an individual who served as a senator in the Galactic Senate of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. At some point during the conflict between 20 BBY and 19 BBY, she visited a Republic base on the planet Garasu. While there, the base was attacked by Separatist forces. Overrun by battle droids, Dona escaped from the base and fled across the planet's rocky terrain. During her evacuation, a clone shock trooper squad leader ordered another trooper, Lock Down, to protect the senator by providing cover fire.
