Ember's first pack

A pack of charhounds was from the Outer Rim world Elphrona and lived during the High Republic Era. By 232 BBY, the pack was made up of two big charhounds and a number of small charhounds including the female puppy Ember. At one point, a spike-sparrow killed all of the pack except for Ember, who fought the spike-sparrow afterward. Ember crawled away from the fight and eventually became part of a new pack after coming to be owned by the human Jedi Bell Zettifar. Around 228 BBY, Ember mentally recalled her first pack and the event in which they were killed—which she called the Bad Hurt Time—when she reflected on her life while on the Wild Space planet Sophros.
