EQ-005 was the designation of an Imperial stormtrooper. Around 1 BBY, they were stationed on the planet Tatooine as as part of a squad led by JM-909. During a mission, EQ-005 was assigned two other stormtroopers to flank suspected Tusken Raiders from the south. However, the Tusken Raiders had staged the area for an ambush, and attacked the squad.
