Gamble One was the call sign of a clone trooper pilot created on the planet Kamino from the genetic template of bounty hunter Jango Fett to serve in the Clone Wars, a galaxy-wide conflict against the Confederacy of Independent Systems, which spanned from 22 BBY to 19 BBY. As a Human male clone of Fett, they had tan skin and stood at 1.83 meters tall. Gamble One led the Seventh Fleet's Gamble Squadron in the Republic Navy. The clone wore Phase I pilot armor with markings on the top of the helmet. At some point during the war, Gamble Squadron was deployed to the fiery world of Mustafar to aid the efforts of Clone Commander Cody and a Jedi General in combating a counter attack by the Separatist-aligned Techno Union.

Gamble One led their squadron of Y-wing starfighters and proceeded to bombard the battle droid ground forces, which helped lead to a Republic victory.
