Hiram Drayson
Canon Legends version → Linked from 2 articles
Hiram Drayson was an admiral in the Defense Fleet of the New Republic who compiled the "Memo of complaint regarding use of Imperial weaponry." This note was signed by a variety of leading military personnel within the New Republic and objected to the New Republic's use of captured Star Destroyers formerly belonging to the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. Drayson's note was stored in the "Military Planning" section of the New Republic Archives and the historian Beaumont Kin cited it and mentioned Drayson in his book The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire in 35 ABY.
